The Sea Ray 280 Sun Sport Anniversary Edition is loaded with everything from a premium Clarion AM- FM digital CD stereo with six speakers, amplifier and subwoofer, to a spacious cabin with plush 40-ounce carpet, directional lighting and a portside entertainment center. The 280 Sun Sport Anniversary Edition features U-shaped aft seating and cockpit table that’s big enough to accommodate five adults. A full service entertainment center with cooler, glass rack, wet bar and more make sure there’s plenty of food and beverages on hand for the captain and crew. There’s even an extra carry-on cooler with its own dedicated storage area and an optional cockpit refrigerator. The cockpit is truly breathtaking with a fiberglass sport spoiler stainless steel windshield, molded dash with urethane visor and burl accents, full instrumentation, and a classic Italian mahogany tilt steering wheel. And to make sure the 280 Sun Sport Anniversary Edition bears the hallmark of its maker, there are chrome Sea Ray insignias and a specialized Anniversary Edition placard to commemorate the occasion. It also features a durable colored gel-coat hull in your choice of blue, green or black. Since the 280 Sun Sport Anniversary Edition has an extra wide beam, there’s abundant storage space in a special lighted floor compartment with durable Diamond Plate flooring. Additional gear can be stowed in the cockpit side panels beneath the back-to-back lounger seats and in a storage drawer in the base of the adjustable helm seat with flip-up thigh-rise bolster. Below deck, the cabin is kept private and secure with a lockable sliding door. The V-berth converts readily from dining space to sleeping space by removing the dinette table and inserting the matching filler cushions. The enclosed head features all fiberglass construction with sink, vanity, pullout shower and standard VacuFlush head with holding tank. Plus there’s a large translucent deck hatch that can be opened to let in fresh air and sunlight. There are plenty of other standard features on the 280 Sun Sport Anniversary Edition, too like power steering, power tilt and trim, Sunbrella bimini convertible top, plus standard safety systems. When it’s time to hit the water, the large swim platform is easy to get to with a walk-through transom door. And the 280 Sun Sport Anniversary Edition harnesses twin 5.0L EFI 240 horsepower stern drives complete with Power Pac exhaust lift system mufflers for a pulse-pounding ride in any conditions.
